Being such a popular destination now-a-days, this place you may already have heard of. It is located right on the bank of the river Parvati in Parvati valley.

As we know beautiful places are often hidden away in the most easily accessible of places.A quite yet adventurous town, the view of the region is something that will be permanently captured in your hearts as soon as you look at them. Kasol is that tourist destination which is rapidly gaining its fame as a very popular hub for trekkers and nowadays it is almost in everyone’s checklist as in the place4 hasn’t disappoint the one who visit there.

“Definately the place is so beautiful, but I am not here just to tell you good about the places, as a blogger it is my duty to tell you all its prons and cons. No doubt the place give your eyes a relaxing view, but the people there are not so supportive towards the tourist. They are so much harsh with the peoples going there, and if you are travelling by your own means than be ready to pay the too much for parking, they will charge you whatever they want to and if you said something against that  than they gave the peoples a threat to them of some guy there(anyways this is my experience there I feel like sharing with you all thatswhy i did, so that you guys don’t gothrough that, and if planning for there than be prepare for that)”.

HOW TO REACH :

kasol is well connected with rest of the India by a well connected roadways, regular bus services runs to and from kasol, but there is no direst connectivity through air and  Indian railways. Flights are there from major cities to Bhuntar airport(near kullu), which is almost 30 kms away from the place and we talk about the railways than Pathankot serves as the nearest railhead for the city which is about 150 kms away from kasol but if you were planning it with train than wherever you are you have to catch the train for PAthankot railway station and from there either go with cab or bus services.

THINGS TO DO :

There is no end to scenic beauty or we can say spot in kasol, you will be back with lots of Dp’s for your Facebook, Instagram and many more social networking sites. So many treks around will leads you to some amazing places near kasol such as kheerganga, Tosh, PArvati river, Malana, Pin Parvati Pass, Sar pass trek, Manikaran, Rasol, chalal etc, these are some nearby places which you must visit while you will in kasol. some other things you can do there are Stargazing, rock climbing, camping, trekking, binge on Israeli food. This is something which I experience and saw there, make sure to visit these places and yes if you discover some more places near kasol than let me know about that, write me for that in the comment section , so whenever I plan for there again I will definately be there.

BEST TIME TO VISIT :

The very first question came in everyone’s mind is when to plan for the trip. This one is very important to discuss with you all.

If you plannning it in summer than you can do that for the of April -June, if want it to be in monsoon than let me tell you that it receives moderate to heavy rainfall, cloud burst are also possible, landslides overall its not the best time to visit any mountain region in monsoon but still if you want than you can plan that at he end of August or in September. The one who loves snow plans in winter, let me tell you most of the road are blocked due to freezing cold and frequent snowfall and if you are ready to face this than go with the month between December- February.

!!!!!! Don’t listen to what they say !!! Just go and Check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
